For youth ages 8 – 13. Pre-teens will learn to use breath as a powerful tool to harness strength and develop grace and coordination in their rapidly changing bodies. Participants will practice juggling, one-legged balances and walks, handstands, stretching, and strength-building exercises. Excellent for teen athletes or any young person's confidence
