The instructors are amazing and do an incredible job of adjusting poses in accordance with the way the class feels as a whole. AMAZING!!!!! First of all, Jeff's studio is amazing. Its so peaceful and wide open. Jeff was such an amazing instructor; it was my first time doing yoga and he did not make anyone feel inferior or uncomfortable. I was doing moves that I never thought that I could do. Jeffry is an intuitive, knowledgeable, thoughtful teacher. I have tried gentle yoga classes on Weds and Thurs afternoons and mixed level classes on Mon, Weds, and Fri mornings.
