Elevate Your Brain Blueberry Smoothie

Yields 16 - 24 fl. oz, 1 serving for breakfast meal replacement

Ingredients:
2 medium ripe bananas, fresh or frozen*
1 cup frozen organic blueberries
¾ - 1 cups water or add more as desired
pinch of ceylon cinnamon, optional
1-2 drops orange or tangerine essential oil (optional & delicious!)
SMOOTHIE BOOSTER: 2 Tbsp ground chia powder (for additional fiber, protein, and EFAs)
SMOOTHIE BOOSTER: 1 Tbsp bee pollen (for b-vitamins, micronutrients, and enzymes)

Instructions:
Place all the ingredients except smoothie boosters in the blender.
Blend until smooth adding water as needed, until the desired consistency is reached..
Add smoothie boosters and blend on low for 10-15 seconds.
Drink in a glass jar for breakfast or as a meal replacement at work or on-the-go!

Remember to take your 1-2 Tbsp of MindWise at the end too!!!
 
Stored in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator, Blueberry Banana Smoothie will keep for 12-24 hours.

*frozen bananas adds a rich creaminess to your beverage, for ease of blending chop bananas first.
