Thieves Oil

Daily diffusion or internal use helps to build a healthy and vital immune system.

* Apply 2 - 5 drops to the bottom of your feet. Essential oils can travel into every cell in your body in minutes when massaged into your feet!

* Put 1 - 2 drops in your morning coffee or tea. 

* Use Thieves in our Raw Hot Chocolate recipe! 

Ingredients

  • 24 oz (700ml) Almond or Coconut Milk
  • 2 tsp raw cacao powder (Use 3 tsp for a Richer Chocolate Flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 tsp mesquite powder
  • 2 tsp Lecithin
  • 2-3 tsp maple syrup (organic, Grade B)
  • 2 dashes of Celtic Sea Salt
  • 4 drops Thieves or 2 drops Cinnamon Bark + 2 drops Frankincense :)
  • 2 tsp grass fed butter or coconut oil :)

Blend all ingredients until smooth on the stove, except essential oils (add a dash of nutmeg or cinnamon powder)

Then add 3-4 drops thieves or cinnamon/frankincense essential oils on low blend for 3 seconds. Serve warm or hot! 

This flavor of this elixir is rich, creamy, and decadent!
