Raw Chocolate Frankincense Avocado Pudding!

Serves 4 (or 2 chocolate lovers!)
Orange Essential Oil is GREAT in this recipe too!!!

Maple Syrup is a wholesome sweetner rich in calcium

4 Medium size ripe avocados
Maple Syrup to taste (start with 1/4- 1/2 cup, or used soaked dates, or honey)
1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder or 1 tsp vanilla extract
2 pinches of sea salt
3 drops Young Living Frankincense Vitality or Sacred Frankincense Oil
1-2 tablespoons raw cacao nibs, ground (optional)
2-3 tablespoons raw cocoa powder (add more for rich chocolaty taste)
Add Water-enough so blender will run smoothly, about 1/4 cup or a little more to taste


In a blender, blend all ingredients well. Put in ramekins and refrigerate. Tastes even better after it sets for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.

Try this pudding with 3-4 drops Orange Essential Oil TOO!!!
