Step One

Eat Lightly Before Bed to Ease Digestion or Enjoy Essential Oil

Elixirs Before Bed

Raw Almond Milk w/Chai Cinnamon & Nutmeg Vitality Oils
Yields 24oz, serves 2 (double or triple this recipe for the whole family)
*Drink this 30min - 1 hour after meals to enjoy the digestive benefits too!

● 24oz Sprouted Almond Milk or Boxed Organic Almond Milk/Coconut Milk* (we like the Costco Brand or Pacific
Almond Milk)
● 1 Tsp Chai Spice (add more for more spicy kick!)
● 6 Drops Omica Butterscotch Stevia
● 2 tsp Coconut Oil or Grass Fed Butter
● 2 Drops Cinnamon Vitality Oil
● 2 Drops Nutmeg Vitality Oil
● 3 Drops Frankincense or Sacred Frankincense (optional and very good for immunity)
● Dash of Cinnamon powder

Heat almond milk to about 120-130 degrees… not too hot so you don’t denature the healthy
fats. With a whisk, mix in the chai, stevia, essential oils, and coconut oil. Stir vigorously. Now
add the dash of cinnamon powder and viola!!! You will love this blend!
*This recipe is equally delicious with 24oz So Delicious Organic Coconut Milk 

Cherry Nighty-Night Elixir
with Premier Aloe Pro, Cherry Concentrate and Vanilla Stevia

● 14 oz (450 ml) Chilled Filtered Water or Spring Water
● 2 tbsp Premier Research Cherry Elixade (100% Organic)
● 5 - 6 drops Omica Vanilla Stevia
● 2 drops Young Living Frankincense Oil (Boswellia Carteri)

In a 1 quart glass mason jar: add Aloe Pro, Cherry Concentrate and Liquid Stevia. Give your
glass a gentle shake or stir. Pour your chilled, filtered water in the mix and stir until blended.

Drink 1 hour before bed and repeat every night for 21 nights to boost your melatonin, reduce
inflammation, and enhance your liver rejuvenation while you get your BEAUTY SLEEP!



Step Five

Holistic Aromatherapy and Foot Reflexology w/Essential Oils Over Head, Heart, Hand, and Feet in the evening.

Part One
Mix 3 drops Cedarwood + 3 Drops Lavender or Frankincense in the palm of your hand… apply to left foot.
